RAD Nerd
**Please be advised this position is located in WHITE SALMON, WA. approximately a 60 minute drive east of Portland/Vancouver, please be aware that this job would require commuting daily to the office, however company benefits do include a company vehicle and a gas card**

Our dedicated team of IT professional's manages systems and troubleshoots issues to ensure our clients are able to work efficiently, all while minimizing business downtime.
We’re looking for a full-time RAD Nerd to help us manage and maintain our end clients’ IT environment. Ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues are essential in this position.
As a RAD Nerd you will be assisting in the setup, maintenance, and support of end users’ technology. You will resolve open tickets for and be constantly monitoring the alerts generated by our tools to proactively resolve incidents before our client is aware.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Provide tech support in person, over the phone or via remote access for issues related to computer systems software, hardware, patching, etc.

Diagnose issues to find best practice solutions

Review, analyze, and resolve monitoring tickets

Tailor communication style and troubleshooting delivery to match knowledge or skill level of end user

Create documentation and provide feedback on existing documentation

Track and enter time quickly and accurately

Set up, configure and troubleshoot computers, printers, peripherals and networking equipment

Serve as part of an on-call rotation for after-hours support

Work in a flexible and collaborative manner

Ensure confidentiality and security of all information
